once you log in you can click on the image of the costume and toward the bottom of the page there is "please rate it" with a box next to it. you just have to click it then select a number, ten being the highest.
you can vote more than once so a lot of people have been voting themselves a "10" then voting everyone else a "1".
vote for crystal's costumes too.

BTW, the costume contest was a sham, we were beat out by people that got their stuff at goodwill. oh well...
