4 years ago I took and passed multimedia classes but I never made a career of it due to lack of practice. My Dad and Naureen are constantly questioning why I've wasted my 4 years and currently Naureen wants me to find a multimedia job and try working as an unpaid intern so I find out for sure if I could've made a career of it. Can anyone here help me find jobs in multimedia or careers that require some form of multimedia skills?

I'd say start looking in places like Craigslist, for starters. Yeah, I feel you on the idea of doing something with those skills, I'm surprised you haven't done anything on your comp at home for a portfolio.

thats a pretty broad sort of statement, what exactly did you study in multimedia?

3D Animation on 3DsMax, 2D Animation with Macromedia Flash, Visual Basic, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere. Naureen suggested that I get the programs and practice them first before trying to go get a job.

ooohhhh ok! well theres actually lots of uses, you could do web design, commercial use, obviously movie and tv as well. Theres also lots and lots of different types of work in the game industry. You could be working on web based MMO type games, of which I have a number of friends working in that field. All the way up to console and portables.
Theres lots of good fields you can use those skills in.
