My Ramay Sitara Account has been stolen. I found this out today at work while I was checking emails and two 5,000 Microsoft Point bundles were purchased today when I wasn't even on my Xbox at all. Whoever did this recovered my gamertag to his/her Xbox and changed the email and password info so I couldn't re-recover it.
I have reported it and the account has been suspended so whoever stole it can't make more purchases and can't play games on it. If you'll check my account you'll notice that the Ramay Sitara account has recently played Rock Band 2. Jim can vouch that not only have I not been to his house to play that game...I don't even own it. So if anyone with Xbox live has been trying to chat with me and have gotten peculiar replies....

Ugh, some people have no shame or respect! I am sorry Nassir, keep us posted when you get a new Gamer Tag all sorted out. 
All I play right now though is Dead or Alive 4, hah hah.

Lame dude. I didnt even know people could do that on the 360.

The Xbox Live crew are still investigating and trying to find who did this to me. Even if I get their info I'm sure the hacker will be sent to prison for fraudulence and hacking.

All I could get is this;
an email - albertcamus140@hotmail.com
and a vague location - Washington, CA 98052
I've successfully through Microsoft Tech Support reclaimed and edited the password. All I need to do now is recover the gamertag when I get home then cancel the use of the card on the account. I'm not worried about this Albert Camus re-recovering it because you can't sign into the account as Microsoft sent me an email saying the gamertag is completely inaccessible by anyone.

So in effect once you get home and on LIVE, you'll have reclaimed the use of the gamertag Ramay Sitara. But this time you'll use points and time cards in lieu of a credit card.
