Well, according to the xbox live rules and regulations:

One of the major things is not having a vuglar word in your gamertag. Now I've been cruising along just fine for 2 years as Badass Robot. Either the xbox police finally caught me in their raids of names with vulgar or bad words in them, or someone who wanted petty revenge on me for beating them in a game reported me. Which is more likely, I think.
After that, I changed it to Badarse Robot, thinking I'd show them, but had a feeling I'd get caught again, so I played it safe, and thus Robot Torg, a reference to the crappiest robot in film history from the movie "Santa Claus conquers the Martians" (One of the best Mystery Science Theater 3000 episodes too)

Yea...cause your name is going to cause massive upset with the parents.
When I'm being called a Ni**er Jew on live by their 10 year old children. They are so busy forcing Microsoft Police to find ass in names they don't know what their own children are spewing out.
Priorities Microsoft.

I wonder if they police profane things in other languages....
...I wonder if anyone at Microsoft speaks Welsh. I should change my name to something awful in Welsh and see if they catch on.

1: Somebody reported the name "Badass Robot". Mods don't give a damn about profane names unless a consumer tells us about it, or it's really really bad, like "N1gger KKK1ller" (we got that one banned in record time). Then we're "obligated" to force a name change.
2: Mods don't give a damn about profane things in other languages, especially obscure ones like Welsh. If we can't understand it, chances are nobody else will.
3: Being a Mod, I've heard stuff that would make a sailor blush, coming from 8-year old kids borrowing their brothers PSN account. It's especially fun to kick them from a game, thus wiping all of the stats they accumulated over the last half hour or so, then following them and listening to them curse out the Mods, which lets us escalate their case to an actual Ban. I love being Evil

I'm hardly ever on my 360 except for DVDs (too much art to do  ), and still need to get a gold membership (been a while)....

I can't say I get to play on it much myself, but, I will add you to my lists on the rare chance we're online at the same time. I'm adding pretty much anyone since it is a really good free message service for passing on messages of events and the like.
I also really only play Dead or Alive, and other various fighting games.

Yea, Hey no worries, I'm always up for adding more female gamers. I am tired of adding back loser males who just add me when they find out I'm female. Yuck. As for a keyboard, I know I need one too I'm a huge message person though so I will sit there and write them out for the moment. >_< Till I drop the 30 on the actual keyboard.
