I don’t see how the price of next gen is relevant to this topic. We are not talking about who can or can not afford what.
We are reminiscing on the highlights of a classic gaming system. There is a reason you pay to have these games on you Wii even though you probably have several copies under your bed or closet.
I'll just name a few of my favorites.
GOLDENEYE (Thank you Todd)
Star Fox 64 (Not played a better Star Fox game yet)
Mario Cart 64
Rouge Squadron (AWESOME!)
Shadows of the Empire (Very Cool)
Super Smash Brothers (The start of something EPIC!)
There is some magic in these games that I have not seen replicated well. But as Metal Gear Solid showed us, remaking a classic can be disastrous. |
